I
thank God Almighty for making this project possible. I am grateful
that He has used me as a vessel of praise. I thank my beloved
husband, Fulbert Namwamba for his constant support and patience.
Thank you Fulbert for enthusiastically singing and making sure all
logistics were in place. Thank you for believing that I could do
this album. I dedicate the song “Mkono Wa Bwana” to you. Truly,
the hand of God preceded us on this project.
My
sincere thanks go to my brother-in-law, John Bosco Namwamba for
giving generously of his time and talent. The album could not have
been possible without you. The excellent guitar work made all the
difference. Continue to use the special anointing God has given you
in the music ministry. God bless you, brother. Special thanks to
John Bosco’s wife, Judy and the children, Grazzieddio, Benir, and
Festin for their support and patience as “Baba” spent many hours on
this project.
To my
beloved daughter-in-Christ, Dorothy Odera (Dot) thanks for sharing
so generously of your talent. May you continue to serve the Lord
with the sweet voice He has given you. Thank you Lydia Njeri for
taking time to come to Baton Rouge to back me up. You are one of my
favorite singers and song-writers. Special thanks for my favorite
song “Nitainua Macho Yangu”.
Words
cannot express my gratitude to my dear friends, Brother Reuben
Kigame and family. I can say that one of the most profound events
in mine and Fulbert’s life was meeting this beloved brother. Thank
for all the work you did on this album. You shared your time and
talent selflessly. God has used you to make my dream come true.
God will continue to bless you and multiply your talent as you help
many artists to grow. You remain my favorite song-writer, artist,
and producer.
Last
but not least, I thank all our family members for their constant
support. To my late father Patrick Wasike, my sister Florence Odero,
and brother Joseph Wasike, thanks for putting the love of music in
my heart so early in life. God bless you.
